ALL RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
In order to receive a refund to the original form of payment, merchandise must be received by Dolce Vita Collection with proof of purchase within 30 days of delivery, in the condition in which it was received.
In order to be eligible for free returns, return items must be received by Dolce Vita Collection within 30 days of initial receipt (allow 7 business days transit time)
A $10 return fee will be deducted from your reimbursement if return is received after 30 days from the date of receipt. Returns received by Dolce Vita Collection after 45 days of receipt are eligible for store credit only.
You will receive an email from a Dolce Vita Collection customer service representative confirming that your return has been received and the status of your return. Upon approval, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to be processed. Please allow your financial institution up to 10 business days to post refunds to your account.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Item is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Final Sale and online sample sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
